Service Desk Technician

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our dynamic team in Mexico City (Arcos Bosques). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365) environments, and general IT troubleshooting. This is a hands-on, on-site role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for end users on-site, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 (O365) applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Mac computers and related peripherals.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
Collaborate with global IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventories, and support procedures.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees, including device preparation and account setup.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and corporate IT policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Support Technician or in a similar technical support role.
Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
Fluent English (both verbal and written communication).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Customer service-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Flexibility to occasionally support after-hours or weekend maintenance if required.
